Excellent experience!
I ordered a large rug from Gooky Goods, but it was too large for my space. I followed the directions on the website for return, but it said FedEx will not accept a rug longer than 8 feet. Patrick, on the chat, helped me out a ton! He arranged for FedEx to pick up the rug (it measured 7'10" so I just squeaked by!) and provided the label for me. I am disabled, and this meant the world to me! Patrick was kind and patient, and I thought he really went the extra mile. I will definitely reorder from Gooky Goods. it was a phenomenal experience!
