Happy!
Received in a week from USA to Australia. Rug is exactly as described. Was a little nervous with reading some of the reviews but excellent transaction, will buy from again. I don't see why people assume its Australian, they don't claim to be. We do not own the letters AU!

My rug arrived in under a week to rural NSW. It looks even better than the website, I love it.

Easy resolution
I called and spoke to someone about my rug as I am unhappy with it. They emailed me and they offered me a partial refund and tips on how to fix the problem. Very happy
